The invention of laser has forever changed the technological landscape and with it the whole economy and society.

With the dawn of high power lasers we are now able to access the fusion reaction that power the stars or study materials in extreme states and ultra-fast processes posing a revolution in astrophysics, material science or medicine.

The applications are endless and this talk will take your through a worm hole of this scientific revolution and show you how Python is now a key factor in future development of this dynamic research field.

What do you need to know to enjoy this talk

Python level

You can write basic scripts.
